DZXF Series
The ferrofluid sealing device adopts flange connection, used for connecting two relatively independent vacuum chambers, maintaining rotary motion and vacuum sealing.It can be designed according to the customer's installation environment. Customers can use their own prepared shafts.Design freedom is provided. Bearing specifications for both ends.

Notes(*1) These values apply when using general vacuum-grade ferrofluid (Type A). Values will differ when using corrosion-resistant (Type F) and low vapor pressure / corrosion-resistant (Type U) ferrofluid.
(*2) Allowable speed when the shaft is under no load.
(*3) Allowable speed under radial load.
(*4) Refers to the maximum axial load when load is applied centrally to the ferrofluid seal shaft. Please contact us when the shaft bears axial load combined with other loads, or when the load deviates from the shaft center.
(*5) Starting torque refers to the maximum load torque at the start of rotation. These are reference values, not guaranteed values. When selecting a motor, please use three times the indicated values as reference.
